Summary: Cash Buyers Direct does not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can submit an opt-out request below anyway — we honor every request regardless of state residency.
Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to direct a business not to "sell" or "share" their personal information. Similar rights exist under other U.S. state privacy laws (including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas).
As noted in our Privacy Policy, we do not engage in the "sale" of personal information as defined by these laws, and we do not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This page exists because you may still want a record that you have exercised your opt-out rights — and because we want to make it easy for you to do so.
How to Submit a Request
Choose whichever method is most convenient. We will honor any valid request within the timeframes required by applicable law (typically 15–45 days).

Send a message to offers@cashbuyersdirect.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" and include:
- Your full name
- Your email address and/or phone number (so we can locate your record)
- The property address, if you have submitted one to us
- State of residence (helps us apply the correct privacy law)

Call us at (888) 319-1394 Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm ET. Ask for the privacy team and reference a "Do Not Sell/Share" request.

Authorized Agents
You may submit a request through an authorized agent. We will require written, signed authorization from you to your agent plus verification of your agent's identity before acting on the request. For California residents, a lawful agent under Section 999.326 of the CCPA regulations is honored.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. Verification may include matching information you provide with information we have on file (e.g., phone number, email). If we cannot verify your identity with the information provided, we may ask for additional confirmation or may be unable to process the request.
No Discrimination
We will not deny you services, charge you different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised your privacy rights.
